About The Position

Pinemar is hiring a Residential Carpenter to work on custom homes and large-scale residential renovations throughout the Main Line and Greater Philadelphia area. The carpenter will work alongside experienced project leaders and skilled trades on architect-designed homes where quality, precision, and attention to detail are important. The role involves rough and finish carpentry, installing building and finish components, following construction plans, maintaining safe and organized jobsites, and helping resolve field challenges. Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential carpentry experience.
• Experience with rough and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes and residential renovations.
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finish details.
• Read and follow construction drawings and project specifications.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Help identify and resolve field challenges.
• Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, trade partners, teammates, and subcontractors.
• Deliver quality workmanship while helping projects stay on schedule.
• Continue developing carpentry skills and contribute to successful project outcomes.
