This position oversees the Campus Support Office (CSO), trains staff for quarterly house meetings, and supervises or monitors the supervision of Residential Care Supervisors and Therapeutic Program Workers for residential units. The role ensures that levels of supervision are met through scheduling, approves/disapproves leave requests, makes assignments, and oversees the KRONOS timekeeping system. Additionally, the position involves preparing operational and programmatic reports. The State of Ohio is a drug-free workplace.
