Residential Care Facility (RCF) Administrator Location: Kirksville, MO Work Schedule: In-person | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Job Summary: The Residential Care Facility (RCF) Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of the residential care facility. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality care to residents while maintaining operational efficiency, financial stability, and staff development. The Administrator serves as the primary operational leader for the facility and works collaboratively with internal departments, regulatory agencies, and community partners to support organizational goals.
