About The Position

As a School-Based Therapist, you’ll partner directly with local schools to support students’ mental health while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule and a highly supportive team environment. Whether you’re fully licensed or working toward licensure, this is a role where your work truly matters. You’ll provide counseling and support services on-site at schools during school hours, helping students succeed both emotionally and academically.

Requirements

  • PLPC
  • LPC
  • LMSW
  • LCSW
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

  • Experience with individual, family, or group therapy preferred

Responsibilities

  • Providing individual and family counseling tailored to each student’s needs
  • Managing a caseload that aligns with clinical and supervisory guidelines
  • Supporting students through prevention, intervention, and crisis response
  • Collaborating with school staff, families, and community resources
  • Developing and managing treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team
  • Conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions
  • Serving as a liaison to help ensure coordinated care for students and families
