About The Position

Northern Lakes Community Mental Health Authority (NLCMHA) is seeking a Residential Care Aide to serve residents in one of their licensed specialized residential homes. NLCMHA is a 300-employee organization serving individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders across six counties. The organization is committed to creating a culture that fosters recovery and encourages gentleness. This role involves direct care for mentally ill adults, with a majority of the population served having Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Autism, or Serious/Persistent Mental Illness.

Requirements

• At least 18-years old
• MI driver’s license (unrestricted)
• HS Diploma or GED
• Pass a Physical Exam including lift test
• Pass criminal background check
• Negative TB test
