About The Position
Northern Lakes Community Mental Health Authority (NLCMHA) is seeking a Residential Care Aide to serve residents in one of their licensed specialized residential homes. NLCMHA is a 300-employee organization serving individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders across six counties. The organization is committed to creating a culture that fosters recovery and encourages gentleness. This role involves direct care for adults with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and serious/persistent mental illness.
Requirements
- At least 18-years old
- MI driver’s license (unrestricted)
- HS Diploma or GED
- Pass a Physical Exam including lift test
- Pass criminal background check
- Negative TB test
