About The Position
Northern Lakes Community Mental Health Authority (NLCMHA) is seeking a Residential Care Aide to serve residents in one of their licensed specialized residential homes located in Cadillac. This is a direct care position focused on serving adults with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and serious/persistent mental illness. NLCMHA is committed to creating a culture that fosters recovery and encourages gentleness, and this role offers full and part-time positions with paid training, PTO, benefits, and holiday pay. The starting wage is $17.13/hour.
Requirements
- At least 18-years old
- MI driver’s license (unrestricted)
- HS Diploma or GED
- Pass a Physical Exam including lift test
- Pass criminal background check
- Negative TB test
