Responsibilities

Prospecting and generating new residential roofing opportunities
Building relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, insurance agents, property managers, and community partners
Canvassing neighborhoods and conducting door-to-door outreach
Networking within the community and attending local events
Following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships
Scheduling inspections and appointments for our roofing specialists
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, activities, and opportunities
Representing Farha Roofing professionally and positively in the marketplace
