About The Position

National Star Services, a 28-year-old facility management company with nationwide services, is seeking a Full-Time Janitor to join their team in Naperville, IL. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of common areas in two adjacent 5-story condominium buildings. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an hourly pay rate of $17.50.

Requirements

• Previous commercial and/or residential cleaning experience is required.
• Must have two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & SSC)
• Background check will be conducted.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Nice To Haves

• Being bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the common areas of two adjacent 5-story condominium buildings
• Clean areas including the vestibules, lobbies, management offices, restrooms, fitness centers, community rooms, outdoor decks, mail rooms, elevators, and stairwells.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Follow all safety procedures regarding the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
