About The Position
Stonehenge owns and manages several luxury residential apartment buildings throughout Manhattan. We are currently looking to fill a handyman positions at One QPS Owner LLC.
Requirements
- Relevant maintenance experience required
- Experience with plumbing and electrical systems required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Residential properties is preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance of assigned building
- Conduct move in and move out inspections
- Conduct daily routine work orders; repair cabinets, counter tops, closets, appliances, etc
- Inspect all building mechanical to identify any failures or breakdowns
- Maintain inventory of building necessities
- Perform any necessary repairs on HVAC systems for buildings common areas, office spaces and repair PTAC units as required for residential apartments
