About The Position

Residential Programming in our Developmental Services Division at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings. As a Residential Behavior Interventionist, you’ll play a vital role in creating a structured, therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive. This site has opportunity for daytime and overnight shifts, and we want to note that overnight shifts are asleep positions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, or mental health conditions is ideal
• Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred
• Willing to train the right candidate in American Sign Language (ASL) to support effective communication and inclusion.
