Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Residential AV installation experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Competent networking knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end integration environment
- A positive, solutions-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Installing and integrating high-end residential AV, lighting control systems, and automation systems
- Building and wiring AV racks with precision
- Programming systems to deliver seamless user experiences (if applicable)
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients
- Collaborating with a team of skilled technicians on project sites
- Training clients on how to use their new technology
