About The Position

At Springboard Automation, we don’t just install gear; we orchestrate environments. We are looking for an experienced technician & programmer who lives and breathes Lutron HomeWorks and understands how lighting, shading, and AV come together to create a world-class home. This role involves programming and commissioning Lutron lighting and shading systems, configuring and supporting control systems like Savant, and testing, optimizing, and finalizing complete home systems. You will also troubleshoot complex systems on-site and remotely, working inside finished luxury homes where precision matters, and undertaking special installation projects as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years programming and installing residential AV systems in private homes
• Solid experience with Lutron HomeWorks systems required
• Experience with Savant preferred
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
• Ability to think holistically across lighting, AV, and control platforms
• Clean wiring, rack-building, and installation skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Valid driver’s license
