About The Position
Quartersawn Design + Build is seeking a Residential Architectural Designer passionate about creating exceptional homeowner experiences through relationships, creativity, professionalism, and joy. This role involves leading and designing bespoke residential remodeling projects, with a focus on major upgrades to older homes in Minneapolis and St. Paul and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is a collaborator who enjoys a studio-style environment and working directly with field teams, and is a lifelong learner eager to grow through feedback and discover new design elements. Requirements
- 4+ years in residential work is a MUST.
- Ability to lead and create exceptional homeowner experiences.
- Passion for residential homes and providing solutions.
- Desire to see designs get built.

- Lifelong learner interested in growing by listening to and incorporating feedback.
- Driven to find or create the next great look or material.
- Ability to work directly with field superintendents, project managers and crafts people.
