About The Position

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team. This role involves assisting in the development of schematic designs for new construction and renovation projects, creating visual materials to communicate design ideas, and supporting coordination with internal teams and external consultants. The designer will contribute to construction documentation, assist with material and system selections, and participate in site visits. Collaboration with internal stakeholders across development, construction, and operations, as well as support for early-stage planning and site evaluation, are key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Excel
• Working knowledge of building codes and construction documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute across different phases of a project
• Interest in working across a variety of project types (residential, commercial, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit project sites as needed

• Progress toward architectural licensure
• Exposure to construction administration or site coordination

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing schematic designs for new construction and renovation projects
• Create drawings and visual materials to communicate design ideas
• Support coordination with internal teams and external consultants on code, zoning, ADA, structural, and MEP requirements
• Contribute to the preparation and organization of construction documentation
• Assist with material and system selections aligned with project goals and budgets
• Participate in site visits to support project progress and coordination
• Help respond to RFIs and provide design support during construction
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across development, construction, and operations
• Support early-stage planning and site evaluation efforts
