About The Position

Recovering Hope Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Advocate to join their team in Mora, MN. This part-time role focuses on helping women and families overcome substance use disorders by providing emotional support, overseeing recovery activities, and creating a safe and nurturing environment. No prior experience is required, as the center provides all necessary training. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on clients' lives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable with computers and basic tech
• Ability to frequently communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to frequently reach above shoulder height.
• Ability to frequently complete repetitive tasks.
• Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. from floor to waist height.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recovery activities and support clients with daily living tasks.
• Engage with clients, their children, and families with compassion.
• Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security.
• Keep client records updated and handle essential administrative tasks.
• Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours.
