Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must understand and speak the English language.
Must be able to use a PC, radio communication equipment, VCR, DVR, camera, and other surveillance equipment.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Video Surveillance, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of loss prevention and video surveillance techniques a plus.

Responsibilities

Performs duties to monitor and record all gaming and casino activities.
Exercises good judgment to identify suspicious guests or team members, following detailed instructions according to company policies and procedures.
Provides a high level of customer service and promotes a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members.
Monitors all casino activities on the casino floor and supporting areas.
Notifies appropriate party of suspicious behavior.
Records and reports on violations of internal controls and criminal behavior.
Maintains and updates accurate reports and daily logs of all surveillance and casino activity.
Reviews taped incidents to identify gaming problems.
Sets up and maintains control standards book, alert files, and other departmental documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
