About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Residential Advisor for a 20-bed residential facility in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. The role provides resident oversight and support, documents client progress and activities, administers medication, teaches daily living skills, and transports residents to appointments in company vehicles. The listed schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a pay rate of $16.20.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record.
• One year of mental health or IDD experience with adults or children with behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and resident oversight for a 20-bed residential facility.
• Complete notes on client progress and activity.
• Administer medication.
• Teach daily living skills to residents.
• Transport residents to appointments using company vehicles.
