About The Position

Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. The Residential Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the RTF Clinical Residential Administrator and Program Coordinator as directed. Duties may vary depending on location/department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent of three years combined experience in billing, administrative services and human services required and/or ability to be qualified as a QMHA.
  • At least two years, direct client interaction work experience preferred.
  • History of working cooperatively in a team residential setting preferred.
  • Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
  • All QMHA positions in the state of Oregon will need to be filled by candidates who are officially QMHA certified or registered with MHACBO.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
