About The Position

Resident Services Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents who are living with memory loss. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of our community, provide support and guidance to our staff, and create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.

Requirements

• Prior experience in memory care or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Knowledge of memory care best practices and regulations
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Support a team of caregivers, ensuring that all residents receive quality care, support and personal items are requested (non-medical)
• Ensuring resident individual needs and preferences are met
• Coordinate and oversee daily activities and programs for residents, promoting engagement and social interaction
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to enhance the quality of care for residents
• Attend weekly meetings and training sessions to stay informed on best practices in memory care
