About The Position

Peachtree Senior is looking for an energetic, creative, and community-driven Resident Services Coordinator to help make our community a vibrant and welcoming place to live. In this role, you will bring people together through engaging programs, meaningful services, and thoughtful communication that enhances residents’ daily lives. If you enjoy planning events, building relationships, and creating opportunities for connection, this role offers the chance to make a real impact while supporting residents in maintaining a high quality of life in accordance with the Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA). The Resident Services Coordinator plays a key role in creating a vibrant, supportive community where residents feel connected, valued, and engaged. Requirements

  • A positive, creative, and people-oriented professional who enjoys building community.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and communication tools for newsletters, budgets, and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in property management, social services, customer service, community programming, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and LURA compliance is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, recreation, community development, property management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and host creative activities and events that encourage connection and fun, such as holiday celebrations, educational workshops, wellness activities, and social gatherings.
  • Develop new ideas and programs that energize the community and encourage resident participation.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and service providers to bring valuable education, health, and social services to residents while ensuring compliance with LURA requirements.
  • Design and distribute newsletters, flyers, and community updates to keep residents informed and excited about upcoming activities and services.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, listen to their ideas and concerns, and encourage participation in community life.
  • Address resident concerns with empathy and escalate unresolved issues to the Property Manager when needed.
  • Help oversee shared spaces such as clubhouses and common areas to ensure they remain clean, safe, and inviting for residents.
  • Maintain a budget for resident activities and services, ensuring accurate documentation of expenses and programs.
  • Work closely with property management to ensure resident services meet housing regulations and LURA guidelines.
