Requirements

• Have a heart for serving older adults.
• Provide exceptional customer service and enjoy connecting with people.
• Communicate well with residents, families, community partners, and team members.
• Are organized and comfortable balancing resident needs with administrative responsibilities.
• Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Have experience working with older adults through employment, volunteering, caregiving, community service, or personal experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect residents and their families with community services and resources that support independent living.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and serve as a trusted resource when they need assistance or guidance.
• Help residents organize documentation needed for recertifications and renewals.
• Maintain records related to resident assistance, resources, activities, and events.
• Help residents build support networks with neighbors, family members, volunteers, friends, and community partners.
• Coordinate and promote wellness, educational, and social activities.
• Partner with Property Management to help residents understand lease requirements and tenancy responsibilities.
• Help create a welcoming, supportive community where residents feel connected, valued, and at home.
