King County Housing Authority (KCHA) is seeking a talented, resourceful, and passionate Resident Services Coordinator to serve households in the Southwest Region of King County, specifically in White Center and surrounding areas. This role aims to assist residents by providing information and referrals to community resources, fostering community engagement, and supporting resident stability and independence. The Resident Services Coordinator will work with residents, acting as a liaison between residents, KCHA Property Management, and local service agencies. The successful candidate will provide resource and referral services to Family and Mixed Population (senior/disabled) Public Housing residents and will coordinate community-building events and activities to promote resident engagement. This involves outreach on properties and collaboration with property management and outside agencies. This position will be based in the SW Region, working closely with residents and local agencies. Some remote work may be authorized after the initial probation period. Maintaining client confidentiality and documenting all resident contact in client software systems, including ETO, is an essential function. Familiarity with data entry and documentation is required.
