The Resident Services Case Manager will be part of LTSC’s Resident Services Department, providing comprehensive case management support to residents of First Street North (FSN), a 248-unit affordable housing community serving families, veterans, and formerly unhoused individuals. This position focuses on serving residents in FSN’s general affordable units through direct outreach, individualized case management, job-readiness coaching, childcare referrals, and connection to community resources. We are seeking a compassionate individual with experience supporting individuals and families through a trauma-informed lens. On a day-to-day basis, the Case Manager will conduct regular outreach to residents, build trusting relationships, and collaborate with community partners to foster a supportive environment and strengthen access to services. The Case Manager will provide case management support including intake and assessment, goal setting, progress monitoring and reassessment, life-skills development, supportive counseling, benefits assistance, and referrals to appropriate resources. The primary goal of this roles is to help residents achieve long-term stability by addressing immediate needs while supporting progress toward greater self-sufficiency. Additionally, the Case Manager will work closely with the FSN Resident Services Coordinator, the Director of Resident Services, as well as the other members of the Resident Services team, Community Organizing, Social Services, and Small Business Counseling teams to strengthen relationships with local stakeholders, including small businesses, institutions, and residents in Little Tokyo, to create meaningful community-building and engagement opportunities for FSN residents.
