The Resident Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally. This role involves organizing and coordinating resident events and activities to foster community engagement, mediating and resolving resident disputes, and maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and service requests. The coordinator is also responsible for ensuring the leasing office and models are presentable, promoting property products and services, and developing resident retention initiatives. A key aspect of the role is gathering resident feedback to identify areas for service and amenity improvement and utilizing property management software for efficient data management and analysis. Additionally, the coordinator will conduct market research on competitor properties and assist the Manager with marketing strategies, financial management, rent collection, and reporting.
