About The Position

The RMR Housing Resident Relations Supervisor role will assist the Employee Housing Manager with the day-to-day operations of employee housing, coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. This role will oversee employee relations and address concerns within the employee housing environment.

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Coordinates unit turnover, inspections and check in/out process
• Track unit conditions and cleanliness standards
• Oversee employee arrivals, departures and housing inspections
• Enforce policies and procedures and resolve employee housing issues
• Work with HR, Payroll and Operations to align housing with staffing
• Collaborate with Employee Housing Manager on various aspects of staff management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, address employee concerns, resolve conflicts and ensure a positive employee housing experience
• Ensure compliance with OH&S safety standards and all housing-related legal requirements
