About The Position

AIR Communities is hiring a Resident Relations Specialist for its property in the Decatur, Georgia area. The role supports leasing and resident relations by helping prospective residents find a home at the community, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to marketing efforts. The specialist may also provide leasing support to other communities in the AIR portfolio as needed. The position requires a flexible schedule aligned with office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• Demonstrated success in setting and achieving goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and prospective resident needs.
• Flexible schedule and availability during office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Goal-driven and sales-motivated.
• Adaptability to a fast pace and shifting priorities.
• Focus on customer experience.
• Collaborative team-player.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process, including promptly following up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours, and communicating the value of the community.
• Meet or surpass monthly leasing goals consistently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Provide leasing support to communities across the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
