About The Position

AIR Communities is hiring a Resident Relations Specialist for its Arden Vue property in the Decatur, Georgia area. The role focuses on leasing, resident service, and community marketing. The specialist follows AIR’s sales process, helps prospective residents find a home, and provides leasing support to other communities in the portfolio as needed. The position requires a flexible schedule during community office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.

Requirements

At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success with goal setting and achievement and following a sales process.
Excellent customer service skills to address current and prospective resident needs.
Flexible schedule and availability during office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.
Reliable transportation.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

Follow AIR’s sales process, promptly follow up with active prospects, and schedule and conduct tours.
Present the value of the community and help prospects find a home at AIR.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
Provide leasing support to communities across the AIR portfolio as needed.
Contribute to community marketing efforts.
Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
