About The Position
Steve Brown Apartments is seeking driven yet humble professionals to join their leasing team as a Resident Relations Coordinator. This part-time role involves sales and leasing of apartments, as well as assisting residents with initial inquiries, providing showings, ensuring apartments are move-in ready, organizing resident events, reviewing accounts, and performing property inspections. The position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a job with high-demand customers and a little hustle (e.g., retail, restaurant, or hospitality)
- High school degree
- Reliable car (for showings, with reimbursed mileage)
- Ability to work well on a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
