About The Position

Roseville Commons Senior Living is looking for a Resident Relations Consultant to join their team. This is a part-time position with scheduled hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The Resident Relations Consultant serves as the first point of contact for all residents and prospective residents and their families, assisting the Community Administrator with day-to-day operations at the property.

Requirements

2 years of customer service experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Regularly required to walk, stand; and use hands to handle/lift objects.
Occasionally must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds.
On occasion, must crouch, kneel, or climb stairs.
Most work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Requires substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
Must have the ability to walk short distances.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families of residents, prospective residents, vendors, and deliveries.
Answer all incoming phone calls to the community.
Assist the Community Administrator with the distribution of community notices and legal notices.
Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure resident work orders are entered and completed.
Assist with inquiries from prospective residents about leases and application requirements.
Work closely with the Certified Occupancy Specialist in the leasing of the community and managing of the waitlist.
Perform leasing functions such as fielding phone and email inquiries.
Participate in ensuring common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
Document thoroughly and communicate effectively with the Community Administrator regarding incidents involving residents or building security.
