Your Role: Provides administrative leadership for patients admitted in specific hospital areas in accordance with individual resident rotations. Performs clinical staff pharmacist duties. Accountable for American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year 2 (PGY2) Pharmacy Residencies goals and objectives. Works collaborative with TMH Pharmacy Services senior leadership. Leads process improvement projects. Provides patient care in a collaborative practice clinic. Chairs a Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) subcommittee. Manages human resources (HR) and financial resources to develop advanced leadership skills.

Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school.
Completed American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency.
Licensed as a pharmacist in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 465 (Pharmacy), Sections 007 through 013, within ninety (90) days post-hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within ninety (90) days post-hire.
