About The Position
This position is responsible for: Supervises the day-to-day operations and staff of the centers resident facilities; assigns clients housekeeping duties; monitors clients progress in program and ensures compliance with program standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED AND Three years experience supervising the operation, housekeeping, maintenance and security of a residence facility OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
- Valid State Drivers License.
- This position requires a level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities
- Trains and instructs employees in the proper methods and procedures
- Monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy
- Enforces house rules in order to maintain order and peace amongst the clients
- Develops, implements and supervises leisure-time activities both in and out of the center
