Resident Monitor (5512)
About The Position
This position is responsible for accepting and processing residents staying in the lodge/shelter overnight, receiving and receipting fees from residents, monitoring resident activities during assigned shifts, and maintaining accurate and complete records and logs. The role involves responding to emergencies calmly and initiating appropriate actions, answering the telephone, responding to program operation inquiries, monitoring cameras, and recording unique situations. The Resident Monitor also distributes towels, linens, and personal hygiene items.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- One year experience performing security or social service work preferred OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Requires a level 2 background screening.
Responsibilities
- Accepts and processes residents staying in lodge/shelter overnight

- Answers telephone and responds to questions regarding the program operations
