This position is responsible for accepting and processing residents staying in the lodge/shelter overnight, receiving and receipting fees from residents, monitoring resident activities during assigned shifts, and maintaining accurate and complete records and logs. The role involves responding to emergencies calmly and initiating appropriate actions, answering the telephone, responding to program operation inquiries, monitoring cameras, and recording unique situations. The Resident Monitor also distributes towels, linens, and personal hygiene items.
