RLA / Caregiver - FT/PT - Starting at $16 plus/hour
About The Position
Providence Place of Lancaster is seeking Resident Life Associates (RLA's) / caregivers to help improve the quality of life of our residents. RLAs assist residents with care, companionship, activities, and their dining experience. This is an assisted living community serving residents with care levels ranging from Independent Living to Personal Care, including those with memory impairment in specially designed dementia neighborhoods. The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys helping the elderly, and is willing to work as part of a team. Providence Place is committed to developing its co-workers and treating residents with respect.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working with Seniors / Dementia Residents
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with care, companionship, activities, and their dining experience.
- Provide assistance with dressing, bathing, or mobility as needed.
- Care for residents with memory impairment in dementia neighborhoods.
