About The Position

Providence Place of Dover is seeking compassionate individuals to join their dynamic team as Caregivers. This role involves assisting elderly residents of Providence Place Senior Living, serving as a resident assistant, a dining server, and a companion. Residents' care needs vary from Independent Living, requiring little to no assistance, to Personal Care, where help with dressing, bathing, or mobility is needed, and Memory Care in a specially designed dementia neighborhood. The organization is dedicated to developing its co-workers and ensuring residents are treated with the utmost care and respect. This position is ideal for those who enjoy helping the elderly, are reliable, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Entry Level position - willingness to be trained
• Must be able to work Every Other Weekend (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH)
• Reliable
• Willing to work as part of a great team

Responsibilities

• Assist the elderly residents of Providence Place Senior Living as a caregiver, resident assistant, dining server, and friend
• Provide assistance with dressing, bathing, or mobility for Personal Care residents
