The liaison will also be responsible for creating and distributing a monthly newsletter, maintaining resident files, and reporting suspected abuse. Additionally, the role includes providing training to property management staff, conducting resident assessments, and coordinating with hospital staff on discharge planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and maintain resident confidentiality.
