This person will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy rates across our portfolio. Requirements

Prior leasing or sales experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with property management software (Entrata) is a plus
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
Spanish speaking preferred

Responsibilities

Greet prospective tenants and tour them through available properties
Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly
Maintain updated knowledge of market availability, pricing, and promotions
Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation and execution
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit showings
Assist in marketing efforts and maintain an active online and social media presence
Foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents
Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for showings
Maintain accurate records using property management software
