This role involves creating a nurturing and positive learning environment for clients, helping them cope with social, emotional, and physical situations of daily living, and facilitating independent performance. The Resident Instructor will implement Individual Plans of Care, document client progress, monitor medical and behavioral changes, administer medication (once certified), assist with appointments, participate in meal planning and preparation, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property and vehicle. Professional conduct is expected in all interactions, and participation in required training is mandatory. The role also involves managing agency petty cash and client funds, ensuring client privacy and confidentiality, and conducting community-based outings while adhering to safety protocols.
