As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our resident engagement efforts, assisting in the planning and execution of a diverse range of events and programs designed to enhance resident satisfaction and foster a sense of belonging. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing resident events that will be the talk of the community.
  • Orchestrating every event with precision, from securing vendors to setting up the perfect ambiance and ensuring a smooth flow of activities.
  • Assisting in the management of event budgets and vendor contracts.
  • Designing eye-catching flyers, crafting personalized invitations, and transforming event spaces into captivating wonderlands.
  • Greeting residents with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and included.
  • Cultivating a vibrant and welcoming community atmosphere where residents feel connected, supported, and eager to participate.
  • Responding to inquiries and requests with a helpful and professional demeanor, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Tracking event attendance, gathering resident feedback, and using your insights to continuously improve our programs.
  • Crafting engaging newsletters, sharing exciting updates on social media, and keeping residents informed through on-site announcements.
  • Assisting in the coordination of outreach initiatives and building partnerships with local organizations.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of events and programs, ensuring that every detail is documented and organized for future reference.
