Requirements

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, leasing, or resident services experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in fast-paced situations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for residents, guests, parents, and visitors
  • Managing front desk operations, phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries
  • Assisting with package management and resident requests
  • Supporting move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications
  • Coordinating with maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams to resolve resident concerns
  • Assisting with resident events and community programming
  • Monitoring visitor access and maintaining community security procedures
  • Managing amenity reservations and access systems
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, visitor logs, and package tracking
  • Helping create an exceptional resident experience every day
