About The Position
Resident Engineer to work on NYCDEP Pumping Station Rehabilitation projects. NYS P.E. License required, with minimum of 8 years’ experience working on wastewater and water treatment projects. Must be conversant with City specifications.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering and a NYS Professional Engineer License.
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ construction management experience on wastewater and water treatment projects.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Resident Engineer on wastewater and water treatment projects.
- NY PE License - required
Nice To Haves
- Must be conversant with City specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all activities of the project, and ensure full compliance to project plans and specifications and safety standards.
- Oversee inspection personnel.
- Ensure all reports, documentation, and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Review contractor submittments for quality, compliance and completeness prior to forwarding to Engineer of Record.
