Resident District Manager
About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a Resident District Manager to support the Universities Dining segment at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO. Our successful candidate will be Client Focused with a demonstrated history of 5+ years of experience leading large, complex multi-unit operation in a university setting. It requires strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication and project management skills. The scope of service is a mix of resident dining programs, multiple retail sites and catering operations. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading large, complex multi-unit operation in a university setting
- Strong strategic leadership skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong talent management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- A strong P&L background
- Experience managing multiple locations or business segments
- Ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of Management Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Functional Experience

- Build and foster relationships across Sodexo internally to ensure additional market growth and the promotion of comprehensive solutions offerings to clients – this includes collaborating with senior leaders and Business Development to grow Sodexo’s business in the assigned market
- Develop exceptional client relations and ensure the facility’s product offerings/solutions align with client needs
- Drive solutions that optimize the current business portfolio
