About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Resident District Manager to support the Universities Dining segment at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO. Our successful candidate will be Client Focused with a demonstrated history of 5+ years of experience leading large, complex multi-unit operation in a university setting. It requires strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, talent management, communication and project management skills. The scope of service is a mix of resident dining programs, multiple retail sites and catering operations. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading large, complex multi-unit operation in a university setting
  • Strong strategic leadership skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong talent management skills

  • Strong project management skills
  • A strong P&L background
  • Experience managing multiple locations or business segments
  • Ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Management Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Functional Experience

  • Drive solutions that optimize the current business portfolio
