Sodexo is seeking a Resident District Manager at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Liberty University is the largest Christian University in the country, and has been a long-term Sodexo account since 1978. It has recently extended our contract for an additional 10 years. This position will be the Senior Manager on Campus with daily client interactions. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations, and manages a management team consisting of 2 General Managers (GM responsible for Resident Dining, Catering, & Athletic Training Table) and (Retail GM - responsible for 27 Retail locations), 30 Managers, and 800 front-line employees with a managed volume of 42 million dollars.

Requirements

ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
have strong financial acumen, and a P&L background
experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership skills
knowledge of client contracts and the ability to ensure compliance
can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and have a passion for a high level of customer service
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
