About The Position

Bridge Senior Living is hiring full-time and part-time Resident Caregivers. The role provides residents with a high level of care and comfort, assisting with activities of daily living while building meaningful connections. Caregivers help with safe transfers, personal hygiene, memory-care stimulation, and social interaction, and contribute to a positive environment for residents.

Requirements

• CNA or HHA credential applicable to the state; the posting specifies this is required in Massachusetts.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Build meaningful connections with residents.
• Provide safe transferring assistance.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene.
• Provide memory-care stimulation and social interaction.
• Contribute to a positive environment for residents.
