About The Position

The Resident Care Director manages, directs, and develops a comprehensive care program for all residents, including those in traditional Assisted Living and specialized Alzheimer's and Dementia care. This role oversees the training and management of CNAs and acts as a liaison with families, community agencies, physicians, and care providers. This position requires on-call responsibilities to support staff and the community.

An LPN or RN who is a graduate of an approved nursing program with valid Massachusetts nursing license or otherwise meets the requirements of Assisted Living regulations, or equivalent.
Experience in a senior community environment.
A means of transportation to complete assessments for new and returning residents.

Responsibilities

Manages, directs, and develops a comprehensive care program for all residents.
Oversees the training and managing of our team of CNAs.
Serves as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians and care providers.
On-call responsibilities to best support the staff and community.
