About The Position
The Resident Care Coordinator (RN or LPN) at Adams Woodcrest oversees nursing staff and ensures personalized, resident-centered care based on individual needs and values. They assist the Director of Nursing with staffing decisions and oversee the implementation of nursing services, staff training, and regulatory compliance. Their responsibilities include monitoring resident health, reporting symptoms, supervising staff performance, maintaining sanitation standards, and enhancing the residents' physical, social, and psychological well-being, all within established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN License in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification
