For over 60 years, St. Anne Home, a ministry of the Felician Sisters of North America, has been committed to offering superior health care services to the senior members of our community. We are seeking to hire an LPN – Resident Care Coordinator.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program of Licensed Practical Nursing.
- PA LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License.
- IV Therapy Certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience in geriatric field.
- Prefer CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
- Participate in collection of assessment data to develop a plan of care including education for the residents.
- Conduct inventories, administer medications and treatment.
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
- Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
- Observe residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects.
- Monitor residents’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
