About The Position
Juniper Communities is seeking a compassionate and reliable Resident Associate to provide high-quality care. The role involves helping clients with daily living activities, offering companionship and support, assisting with medication management, and keeping accurate care records. The position is full-time, with an available 10 p.m.–6 a.m. shift and required weekend availability. Starting pay is $16 per hour; daily pay is available.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages.
- Compassionate and patient personality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and support, including engaging clients in activities and conversation.
- Assist with medication management and administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as other team members and management.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
