About The Position

Resident Assistants are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. This is a part-time position with any shift available, and associates must be available every other weekend. PRN opportunities are also available on all shifts. Hiring immediately. Starting pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Med Tech Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
• Assist residents with securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
