About The Position

A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. They help with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the toilet, and also offer emotional support and companionship. RAs play a vital role in ensuring residents' well-being and independence. Community-based residential facilities (CBRF) training preferred, but can be provided!

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
CBRF training (preferred, not required)
CPR Certification (preferred)
Applicants must be located within approximately 30 minutes of Watertown, WI.
Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
Ability to relate well to all individuals.
Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
Ability to adapt to change.
